The organizer of the International Summer Camp is Youth Legend. Youth Legend is a social enterprise led my young people. Youth Legend has been organizing different programs in Nepal related to entrepreneurship, leadership and Awareness.
We have also organized different workshops on entrepreneurship for young people facilitated by internationally renowned people World Leading Economist and Ted Talk Speaker Dr. Ernesto Sirolli and Economist Prof. Dr. Christopher Lingle.

Youth Legend Team will be responsible for all the activities during summer camp. For the training on leadership, team building, dance movement therapy, Alternate to Violence (AVP) training, professionals in the respective area will be facilitating the program.
Yes, definitely. The Government of Nepal, Ministry of culture, Tourism and Civil aviation on its press release has assured that Nepal is safe and secured place to visit. Except for the earthquake worst hit districts (out of 75 districts of Nepal, only 8 are affected), life has come back to normalcy; everyone is back to their daily routines.

August is the season where we can encounter casual rain some times. But, most of our programs will be indoor so we will not be affected by it. There could be slightly change in the schedule of outdoor and sightseeing program due to rain.

You can obtain your entry visa upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Besides, you can also obtain your visa at a consulate in your home country. In either case, you need to submit 2 (two) passport size photograph and the visa fee.

- Multiple entry visas for 15 days or less from the date of entry US$ 25 or equivalent convertible foreign currency.

You will be provided with meals four times a day.

Meals will be based on your food preference as mentioned in your application form.
We will also provide you some local chips, chocolates during summer camp.
Besides that, we will take you to several places where you can savor varieties of national and international popular cuisine.

You will be provided with shared room. If you want special single room then you have to pay some extra charge depending upon the hotel price. You should inform about this once you are selected.
Yes. 10% - 25% Scholarship Available For Students And Applicants With Strong Reasons For Scholarship.
Yes. You can definitely request for funding to your school, colleges, organizations that provide support to young people or fund raising sites. Youth Legend will provide you official letter after your acceptance in summer camp.
You will be immediately taken to the hospital for any health issue. Though we will not have any medical insurance, Youth Legend will be liable to take care of your medical charges when you are in Nepal.
The temperature ranges from 18 degree Celsius to 27 degree Celsius during August. It is likely to experience rainfall during August. Please bring summer cloths with some extra jackets or hoodie. Also, you should bring easy to wear snicker or converse for short hikes around Kathmandu.

Please bring Mosquito repellent with you. We provide you proper hygienic hotel room where you might not find any mosquitoes. Yet while travelling around you might get some mosquito bites. If you are allergic to mosquito bites then please don’t forget to bring mosquito repellent.

Yes, We will refund your money deducting 10% of your total charges and money transfer fees.
