CEO and Founder

Sudha Subedi is a Founder/CEO of Youth Legend and have been leading youth legend since May 2014. She is a graduate of Coady International Institute, Canada on Leadership on Community Development Advanced Course. Sudha is a Global Catalyst(consultant) in US based company International Connector where she has worked in different projects with renowned companies like Microsoft(Youth Advisor), Institute for Future, Fortune 500 company – Stubhub etc.

Sudha leads dynamic training programs and has trained  people from 25+ countries from diverse age group of 12 years to 70 years on leadership, self-awareness and self exploration. She is also a Dance Movement Therapist. She is the core trainer of LEAD(Leadership, Exploration and Development Program).

She was one of the judges of the competition Your Big Year USA 2018 and one of the champions of global competitions Your Big Year 2013 and only south asian finalist selected from 60 thousand plus global participants.  She participated in finals in San Francisco where she participated in various programs related to leadership and entrepreneurship with globally influential entrepreneurs and representatives of Google, Vodafone, Dalai Lama Foundation etc.

Sudha was Team leader of ‘Friends of Youth Action’, volunteer group of Youth Action Nepal. While being there, she was an Assistant coordinator of International Youth Exchange Program in Nepal between London based organization Leaders in Community and Youth Action Nepal. She also visited London during same exchange program. Sudha also worked as a leadership and team building trainer and motivator and trained thousands of young people.

She was initiator of different social campaigns like Cloth For All, Book For Village. She has interviewed many influential and inspirational people of different sectors of Nepal.

On 2012, she was crowned as 2nd Runner up in Miss National Queen Beauty pageant. She has been the judge of various beauty pageants and competitions. She was founder member and Secretary of NGO ‘Let’s Help Nepal’. Her educational background covers Bachelor degree in Social Work and currently, she is studying her Masters in Public Administration at Tribhuvan University.
